What are Rgothic Points?
Rgothic Points are reward points earned by Rgothic users for registering as members, completing orders, and browsing the website. Rgothic Points are exclusively for Rgothic users and can be used as discounts at checkout. -
Rgothic Points Rules
1.Registering as a member earns 100 points; every 50 points = $1, which will be issued 14 days after the purchase. Browsing the website earns 5 points per visit, limited to once per day.
2.Coupons can be used together with Rgothic Points to reduce prices.
3.If you use points on an order and request a refund, the points will be returned to your account (for partial refunds, only a proportionate number of points will be refunded).
4.Points will be issued as a reward for orders that are fully shipped. The number of points issued is calculated as 50 points = $1. (Shipping and insurance fees do not earn points.)
5.Certain products may come with extra points. For these products, points will be issued based on the product price and a given ratio.
6.Orders placed using points will not earn additional points.
7.Payments made with gift cards will not earn points.
8.Payments made with e-wallets will not earn points.
9.If bonus points have been issued and the order is refunded, the original bonus points will be restored (for partial refunds, a proportionate number of points will be restored).
10.Please note that the points you earn are valid for 12 months. Expired points will be automatically removed.
